Payment for Tickets
Tickets can be paid for using cash, cheque (made payable to Blackfriars Arts Centre Ltd.) Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Please note that credit or debit card payments carry a charge of 50p per transaction.
Telephone Reservations
Seats can be reserved for live shows by phone on (01205) 363108. An answering machine is available when the Box Office is closed. Tickets must be collected and paid for within five working days, or thirty minutes before the start of the show, whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to sell unwanted tickets.
Postal Booking
Please give full details of the time and date of the performance. Enclose a cheque or postal order made payable to Blackfriars Arts Centre Ltd. and a stamped addressed envelope.

Concessions
Reduced price tickets are available for most performances for the over 60s, children under 16, full time students and people receiving Job Seeker's Allowance or Income Support. A discount of 10% is offered for groups of ten or more people on most shows.
NUS card holders are entitled to a £5 ticket for you and a guest wherever you see the NUS symbol.
Disablity Access
Registered disabled customers are entitled to the standard concessionary price. Disabled persons requiring an escort to visit Blackfriars are offered two seats at the cost of one full price ticket for most shows. Blackfriars can provided spaces for two wheelchairs in the auditorium please notify the Box Office when booking. If you do not mention when booking that you require wheelchair access we cannot guarantee you a place. Blackfriars' auditorium is fitted with an induction loop. Disabled parking spaces are situated 70 metres away at the top of South Street. There is a drop off point at the main doors, access via Quaker Lane.
Refunds
We are unable to refund money on returned tickets. If an event is sold out we will try to sell unwanted tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production providing the tickets are returned to the theatre at least two working days before the performance they are valid for (subject to availability). A fee of £1 per ticket will be charged.
